Series
Oxford UIDP Summit
Video Embed
The interactions between university and industry have firmly been on the agenda of policy making and university administration for more than 30 years now.
It is obvious that such interactions have come in various forms and keep adapting and changing in line with new societal, technological and economic needs and opportunities. Taking an American, Asian, Canadian and European, evolution and renewal in university-industry engagement are highlighted, taking into account the potential generated by new technologies such as AI and Machine Learning in shaping them. With David Gann, Imperial College Business School, Imperial College London, and UK Atomic Energy Authority
