She is the Principal Investigator for the AHRC-funded project, “Sexual Consent in the Post-#MeToo World: A Study in Philosophy and Law.” Kimberly Ferzan is a Professor of Law and Professor of Philosophy at the University of Pennsylvania. Her work focuses on criminal law theory.
