Dr Jonathan Totman is a clinical psychologist and counsellor in the University Counselling Service. He has run the CBT for Low Mood group in the counselling service for a number of years. Prior to this, he has worked in various NHS and clinical research settings and as a lecturer at Anglia Ruskin University.
